Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Click Worthy, we’re committed to ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there might be instances when you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.
Refunds:
- Full Refund (100%): If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order and no work has commenced, you’re entitled to a full refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel after 24 hours but within 72 hours of placing the order, and some work has been initiated, you’ll receive a 50% refund to compensate for the time and resources already invested.
- No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 72 hours of placing the order or once the project has been delivered.
Cancellations:
- Within 24 hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours without any penalties.
- After 24 hours but within 72 hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the project cost will be applicable.
- After 72 hours: No cancellations will be accepted after 72 hours of placing the order.
Special Circumstances: In the rare event of a service not matching the final agreement or any unforeseen circumstances from our end, we’ll evaluate the situation and may offer a partial or full refund.
Process: To request a cancellation or refund, please reach out to our support team with your order details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
